With its awe-inspiring 300-foot red sandstone rock formations and world-class concerts, it’s no surprise that this outdoor music venue attracts star-studded artists to the Mile High City. Highlights include violinists Maxim Vengerov and Augustin Hadelich performing chamber music by candlelight, Philippe Quint playing little-known compositions by Charlie Chaplin (yes, the silent film star!), and jazz vocalist/pianist Tony DeSare with orchestra. In addition to the favorite symphonic repertoire, the festival also hosts 16 festival premieres and immersive experiences by living composers including Chick Corea, Jennifer Higdon, and Paquito D’Rivera.
In partnership with Viva music festivals 2023 Denver, this free event features local solo and duo musicians, brews from Denver-based TRVE Brewing, food trucks and vendors along Welton Street. The festival runs weekly from June to September.

The festival’s proceeds benefit the non-profit South Fork Music Association, which gives away instruments to children and teaches them how to play.
